They look fabulous - I'm about to make some pistachio biscotti, and wish I had such lovely pistachio's - I've got to rely on the one's you get out of a packet! Truffles look yummy too!
They are amazingly good pistachios. The most perfect looking ones I've ever seen! Your truffles look great too and love the Harlequin plate! :)
As someone who got to taste them I can confirm that they were very, very good. mmmm...I'd like one now.
